Hello, I’m Raj
I’m a mindset and trauma-informed coach, public speaker, author, and minister.
My work supports people who have lived through abuse, trauma, and long seasons of survival, as well as organisations and communities who want honest, grounded conversations about resilience, truth, and recovery.
I don’t offer quick fixes or pressure to change.
I offer steadiness, clarity, and support that respects where you are.

Lived Understanding, Not Just Training
I do this work from lived experience as well as professional practice.
I know what it is to live with fear, confusion, and the weight that trauma can carry. I also know what it takes to rebuild safety, self-trust, and direction over time.
I don’t ask people to relive their pain or prove their story.
I understand the quiet impact trauma has on identity, confidence, and decision-making, because I’ve walked that road myself.
This lived understanding shapes how I listen, how I speak, and how I hold space.

My Approach

My work is trauma-informed, paced, and grounded.
I believe that recovery and growth are not linear, and that healing cannot be rushed or forced. Support should meet people where they are, not where they are expected to be.
In both coaching and speaking, my focus is on:
-
Helping people think more clearly when they feel stuck
-
Supporting emotional steadiness and self-regulation
-
Strengthening boundaries, choice, and self-trust
-
Offering perspective without judgement or pressure
This is not therapy, and it is not crisis support.
It is a supportive, ethical coaching and speaking practice rooted in respect, honesty, and care.
Faith and Ministry
"My faith is part of who I am and informs my values of truth, integrity, compassion, and hope"

As a minister, I am particularly aware of the harm that can be caused when faith is misused or imposed. I hold this with great care.
Faith is never forced into my work.
It is offered only where it is appropriate, welcome, and safe.
For some, faith is a source of strength.
For others, it has been a place of deep harm.
Both realities are respected here.
Professional Standards and Boundaries
I am a certified mindset and trauma-informed coach and a Senior Fellow Member of the ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists).
My work is delivered within clear ethical boundaries, professional standards, and trauma-aware principles.
I am committed to accountability, ongoing learning, and working within the scope of coaching practice at all times.

How People Work With Me
There are two main ways people engage with my work.
Awards & Recognition
Over the years, my work has been recognised through awards and opportunities to work with respected organisations. These honours serve as reminders of the importance of raising awareness and offering hope to those who need it most.
