A NOTE FROM RAJ
I remember the confusion of not having words for what had happened to me. I could feel that something was deeply wrong but I could not name it. I questioned my own memory. I doubted my own reactions. I wondered if I was the problem.
That confusion is one of the most painful parts of living through abuse, and it is one of the reasons I created Breaking Free Within.
These courses are not about pushing you to heal faster or confront more than you are ready for. They are about giving you language, clarity, and understanding, so that what you have lived through begins to make sense. And when things begin to make sense, the weight of it starts to lift.
You deserve to understand your own story. This is a safe place to begin.
