What You Will Work On:

In your Clarity Session we will use the full 60 minutes to focus on what you bring. There is no set agenda and no pressure to cover everything. The session is led by what matters most to you on the day.
Together we will work through:

Making sense of what you are currently experiencing, whether that is confusion, overwhelm, or a specific situation you cannot seem to move forward from

Identifying any patterns, blocks, or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck without you realising it

Exploring your options clearly and practically, so you leave with a sense of direction rather than more questions

Strengthening your ability to trust your own thinking and judgement in the area we focus on

Creating a calm, contained space where you can think out loud safely, without fear of judgement or pressure to take any particular action
You will not be pushed toward any decision. You will not be asked to commit to anything further. You simply arrive, we talk, and you leave with greater clarity than when you came in.
You leave with understanding, not pressure.

That is what a Clarity Session is. It is not the beginning of a long journey. It is a single, focused hour that is entirely yours.
I have sat with many people in sessions like this and the most common thing I hear at the end is, I did not realise how much I needed to say that out loud. Sometimes clarity is closer than you think.

What happens after I book?
Once your session is confirmed you will receive a short oboarding form. This helps you think about what you want to focus on so we can use the full 60 minutes as effectively as possible.

What is included in the written follow-up?
After your session you will receive a written summary of the key insights and any next steps we identified together. This gives you something to refer back to in your own time.

Is this therapy?
No. A Clarity Session is a coaching session, not therapy or clinical support. If you are in crisis or require clinical mental health support, please seek that first and return when you are ready.

What platform do we use?
Sessions are held on Teams. You will receive a joining link when your session is confirmed.

Can I book more than one Clarity Session?
Yes. Some people find one session is enough. Others choose to move into one of the coaching packages after experiencing the session, with the investment already made taken into account when discussing next steps. If you feel ready for more structured ongoing support after your session, we can explore what that looks like together. There is never any pressure to commit to anything further.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please contact info@rajholness.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
