Reconnecting with who you are, at your own pace and in your own way
Reclaiming Self is a 1:1 coaching programme centred on identity, voice, and self authority. It is not about becoming someone new. It is about reconnecting with the parts of you that were buried, silenced, or lost.

This programme is for you if:

✓ You feel deeply disconnected from yourself. You know there is a version of you somewhere underneath all of this but you cannot quite reach her.
✓ You struggle to express your needs, your boundaries, or your truth. Your voice feels distant, uncertain, or like it belongs to someone else.
✓ You want to rebuild your sense of identity safely, without being rushed, pushed, or asked to perform a version of recovery that does not feel true.
✓ You have experienced identity erosion through long-term control, coercion, or abuse. The person you were before has become hard to recognise or remember.
✓ You are ready to understand who you are outside of what happened to you, and to begin living from that place rather than from the survival patterns that kept you going.
What you’ll work on:

You do not need to arrive with clarity or a sense of direction. You simply need to be willing to show up. The rest we will work through together.
Across your six sessions, delivered over three to four months, we will create the conditions for the parts of you that were buried, silenced, or lost to come back to the surface.
Together we will work through:
-
Understanding how the experiences you lived through shaped your sense of identity, your voice, and your relationship with yourself
-
Reconnecting with your values, your instincts, and your sense of what matters to you, separate from what you were told you should be
-
Rebuilding your relationship with your own voice, including your ability to express your needs, your boundaries, and your truth
-
Exploring what self-authority looks and feels like for you, and how to begin living from that place rather than from fear or conditioning
-
Reclaiming the parts of your identity that abuse, control, or silence took from you, not by becoming someone new, but by finding your way back to who you already are
This is not a quick process, and it is not meant to be. The pace is deliberate. The depth is held safely. And every step is yours to take in your own time and in your own way.
It is not about becoming someone new. It is about reconnecting with the parts of you that were buried, not lost.
A payment plan is available. Details will be discussed on your free clarity call.
A Note From Raj
Abuse does not just hurt you. It takes things from you. Your voice. Your sense of who you are. Your ability to know what you want, what you feel, and what you believe.
The woman you were before the abuse, or the woman you might have become without it, she did not disappear. She went quiet. She went underground. She learned to stay small to stay safe.
Reclaiming Self is about finding her again. Not rushing, not forcing, not becoming someone new. Simply creating the conditions for what was buried to come back to the surface, at your own pace and on your own terms.
I consider this one of the most meaningful programmes I offer. I would be honoured to walk this road with you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q.
How does the programme unfold across six sessions?
Sessions are held weekly over six consecutive weeks. The first session is 60 minutes and focuses on understanding where you are, what you are carrying, and what you most need from the work. Session two is 90 minutes. This longer second session gives us more space to go deeper into the themes that emerged in our first conversation and begin the real work of reconnecting with your identity and voice. The remaining four sessions are each 60 minutes and build progressively on everything that has come before. You are never starting from scratch.
Q.
How does this differ from Stability and Self-Leadership?
Stability and Self-Leadership focuses on building steadiness, reducing reactivity, and strengthening self-trust over four weekly sessions. Reclaiming Self goes deeper and wider. It focuses specifically on identity, voice, and self-authority over six weekly sessions. It is for those who are ready to do more sustained work on who they are, not just how they respond. If you are unsure which is right for you, a free clarity call will help us work that out together.
Q.
Is this therapy?
No. Reclaiming Self is a coaching programme, not therapy or clinical support. If you are in crisis or require clinical mental health treatment, please seek that first and return when you are ready.
Q.
What platform do we use?
Sessions are held on Teams. You will receive your joining link when sessions are confirmed.
Q.
What happens between sessions?
After each session you will receive a short written summary of the key insights and any reflections to carry into the following week. The space between sessions is part of the process itself.
Q.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please contact info@rajholness.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a reschedule. The programme investment is non-refundable once sessions have commenced.
Q.
What if I feel I need more support after the six sessions?
If you feel ready to continue working together after Reclaiming Self, you are very welcome to do so. You are able to move into a longer coaching programme and any investment already made will be taken into account when discussing next steps. There is no pressure and no obligation. Your programme is complete and valuable in its own right. Any continuation is always your choice.
