Stability & Self-Leadership is a 1:1 coaching programme for women who are no longer in crisis, but do not yet fully trust themselves.

Over
4 weekly sessions, it focuses on strengthening internal leadership, building steadiness, and helping you move forward with greater confidence, rather than staying focused on the past.

✓  You notice patterns of emotional reactivity, self-doubt, or shutdown that you cannot seem to shift no matter how hard you try.

✓  You struggle with boundaries. You know what you want to say but something stops you. Or you say yes when you mean no and then feel resentful or exhausted afterwards.

✓  You want to respond to situations with clarity and steadiness rather than reacting from fear, habit, or old survival patterns.

✓  You feel relatively functional on the outside but unsettled on the inside and you are ready to work on that gap.

✓  You want more than a single session or a short reset. You want something a little deeper, a little more sustained, and a little more personal.

What you will work on:

Across four sessions we will work together on what is happening inside you, not just what is happening around you. This is deeper than problem solving. It is about strengthening your relationship with yourself so that life feels less reactive and more led by you.

Together we will work through:

  • Developing steadier internal responses so that you react less and choose more, even in situations that have historically felt triggering or overwhelming

  • Strengthening self-trust so that your own judgement begins to feel reliable again, and decisions that once felt paralysing begin to feel more manageable

  • Understanding the triggers, patterns, and survival responses that have shaped how you think, feel, and behave, so they begin to lose their hold over you

  • Building confidence in your decision-making, particularly in situations where you have previously felt pressured, uncertain, or unable to hold your ground

  • Establishing clearer internal boundaries so that you can begin leading your own life from a place of steadiness rather than reactivity or fear

 

Each session builds on the last. You are not starting from scratch every time.

Support is paced and respectful throughout. You are always in control of what you bring and how deep you go.

A Note From Raj

Some of the most significant work I do is with women who are functional on the outside but still feeling the effects of what they have lived through on the inside. Women who are not in crisis. Women who are managing. But who know that managing is not the same as living fully.

Stability and Self-Leadership is for you if you are at that point. Where the immediate danger has passed but the patterns, the self-doubt, the reactivity, the exhaustion of constantly second-guessing yourself, are still very much present.

This programme does not go back to the past. It works with what is happening now and builds steadiness from the inside out. Four sessions is enough to create a meaningful shift when the work is focused, honest, and held safely.

How does this programme differ from the Clarity and Reset programme?

Clarity and Reset is a short three session reset designed for those who need more than one conversation but are not ready for deeper sustained work. Stability and Self-Leadership is for those who are ready to go a little further. It focuses specifically on building internal steadiness, self-trust, and leadership over four sessions. If you are unsure which is right for you, a free clarity call will help us work that out together.

Is this therapy?

No. Stability and Self-Leadership is a coaching programme, not therapy or clinical support. If you are in crisis or require clinical mental health treatment, please seek that first and return when you are ready.

What platform do we use?

Sessions are held on Teams. You will receive your joining link when sessions are confirmed.

What happens between sessions?

After each session you will receive a short written summary of the key insights and any focus areas to carry into the following week.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please contact info@rajholness.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a reschedule. The programme investment is non-refundable once sessions have commenced.

What if I feel I need more support after the four sessions?

If you feel ready to continue working together after this programme, you are very welcome to do so. You are able to move into a longer coaching programme and any investment already made will be taken into account when discussing next steps. There is no pressure and no obligation. Your programme is complete and valuable in its own right. Any continuation is always your choice.
