You do not need to have everything figured out. You do not need to be past the pain.

You just need to be at a place where you are ready to show up for yourself, with support around you, in a space that is safe, honest, and free from pressure.

This is that space.

Online. Weekly. Small group. Starts Wednesday 10 June 2026.

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

You have left an abusive situation, or are beginning to move on, and you are ready to start doing the deeper work from a place of safety.

You no longer feel like yourself. The woman you were before feels distant, and you are not sure how to find her again.

You carry shame, self-blame, or confusion about what happened. Part of you still wonders whether it was really that bad.

You feel anxious, on edge, or emotionally exhausted, and you have started to wonder if this is simply who you are now.

You want to understand your own reactions, triggers, and patterns, rather than just pushing through each day.

You have lost trust in yourself. Your own judgement feels uncertain, and decisions that once felt simple now feel overwhelming.

✓    You want support, but you are not ready for long-term therapy or one-to-one coaching. A small, safe group feels like the right next step.

✓    You are ready to invest in yourself, in a space that is honest, has boundaries, and completely free from pressure.

If you read that and felt something shift, even slightly, you are in the right place.

You do not need to be past the pain to begin. You just need to be willing to show up for yourself.

What the Programme Covers

Each session builds on the last. Over four weeks, you will move from understanding where you are now, through to leading your own life with greater steadiness, confidence, and self-trust.

This is not about fixing yourself. It is about understanding yourself, and beginning to rebuild from the inside out.

Session 1:

Understanding Where You Are Making sense of what you have lived through and how it is still shaping your thoughts, emotions, and responses today.

Session 2:

Regulation and Steadiness Learning to recognise your triggers and build practical tools for emotional steadiness in everyday life.

Session 3:

Voice, Boundaries, and Self Trust Reconnecting with your needs, your values, and your right to have both. Beginning to trust yourself again.

Session 4:

Self-Leadership and Next Steps
Gathering what you have learned and leaving with a clear, grounded sense of where you go from here.

Outcomes:

  • Steadier emotional responses, so that you react less and choose more

  • Greater self-trust, so that your own judgement starts to feel reliable again

  • Clearer understanding of your triggers and patterns, so they have less power over you

  • More confidence in your decisions, especially when you have previously felt pressured or unsure

  • Stronger internal boundaries, so that you can begin leading your own life rather than simply surviving it

Support is paced and respectful throughout. You are always in control of what you bring and how deep you go.

Nobody will ever be pressured to share.

A Note From Raj:

ASP_5997.jpg

I did not create this programme from a textbook. I created it from lived experience.

I know what it is to survive abuse, not once, but across different chapters of my life.

Domestic abuse. Spiritual abuse. Forced marriage. Attempts on my life. And the long, quiet aftermath of all of it, the shame, the self-doubt, the eating disorder, the depression, the moments where I did not know if I wanted to still be here.

I also know what it is to come through the other side of all of that. Not unchanged. Not the same person I was before. But grounded, clear, and genuinely free in a way I did not think was possible.

That is what I bring to this work. Not just the training, though that matters too. But the understanding that comes from having been exactly where you are. From knowing what it feels like to carry shame that was never yours. To lose yourself so completely that you cannot remember who you were. And to find, slowly and with the right support, that you are still there.

Unbreakable Foundations is built on everything I have learned, lived, studied, and practised. It is a space I wish had existed for me. And I am honoured to offer it to you.

Unbreakable Foundations runs three times a year in small, carefully held cohorts. Places are limited to 6 to 8 women to ensure every participant has genuine space, genuine support, and genuine attention.

Three cohorts are available. Choose the one that fits where you are right now.

Not sure this is the right option?

That is completely understandable.

Every woman arrives here at a different point in her journey. Some are ready to begin straight away. Others need a little more time, a different kind of support, or a gentler starting point.

There is no single right way to begin rebuilding, and there is no pressure here to choose something before you are ready.

Sunset Over Ocean
If you would like to talk it through first

A free 30 minute clarity call with Raj is available. It is a genuine conversation about where you are and what kind of support might help. There is no obligation to book anything.

If you would prefer one to one support

Individual coaching programmes are available for women who would rather work privately, at their own pace, and with a more personalised level of support. Options range from short-term focused work through to longer-term sustained coaching.

That is a valid place to be. As a starting point, you are welcome to download a free guide written for women who are exactly where you are right now. No sign-up pressure.

Questions You Might Be Sitting With

If something is holding you back from taking the next step, the answer may be here. If it is not, you are always welcome to get in touch.

Q.

Is this therapy?

No. Unbreakable Foundations is a trauma-informed coaching programme, not a therapeutic or clinical service. That means the focus is on practical tools, guided reflection, and building steadiness and self-leadership, rather than processing trauma at a clinical level.

If you are currently receiving therapy, this programme can sit alongside that work well. If you are not sure whether coaching or therapy is the right starting point for you, a free clarity call is a good place to explore that question together.

Q.

Do I have to share personal details in the group?

No. You will never be pressured to share anything you are not ready to share. Listening is valid participation. You are always in control of what you bring and how deep you go.

The group is designed to be a safe space, not a disclosure space. You can take everything from the sessions without saying a single word about your own experience if that is what feels right for you.

Q.

What if I am not sure I am ready?

Readiness rarely feels like feeling ready. Most women who join this programme arrive unsure, nervous, or wondering whether they deserve the support. That uncertainty is not a sign that this is the wrong step. It is often a sign that it is exactly the right one.

If you are genuinely unsure, book a free clarity call. It is a real conversation, not a sales call, and it will help you work out whether this is the right fit and the right time.

Q.

What if I find a session difficult or become overwhelmed?

That is something I take seriously and plan for. At the start of the programme, all participants receive a list of crisis and specialist support resources. You are always free to step away from the screen during a session if you need to. Nothing in the programme requires you to push through discomfort.

If something comes up for you between sessions, I would always encourage you to reach out to an appropriate support service rather than holding it alone until the next week.

Q.

What platform do you use?

Sessions are held on Teams. A joining link will be sent to you with your booking confirmation.

Q.

What if I miss a session?

If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please let me know as early as possible. Sessions are not recorded, both to protect the privacy of everyone in the group and to maintain the safety of the space.

If you miss a session, I will send you a brief written summary of the key content covered so you can follow the thread of the programme through to the next week.

Q.

What happens if the cohort does not have enough participants to run?

Each cohort requires a minimum of three participants to run. If that number is not reached, I will contact you well in advance and offer you a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort. You will not be left without notice or options.

Q.

Is there any support between sessions?

Each cohort requires a minimum of three participants to run. If that number is not reached, I will contact you well in advance and offer you a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort. You will not be left without notice or options.

Q.

Is there any support between sessions?

The programme does not include between-session coaching or messaging support. Each session closes with a simple reflection prompt to take into your week, which is designed to help you notice and integrate what you are learning in your own time and at your own pace.

If you feel you need more regular or personalised support than the group provides, a one-to-one coaching option may be a better fit. The free clarity call is a good place to explore that.

Q.

I experienced spiritual abuse, forced marriage, or a form of abuse that is not always talked about. Is this programme still for me?

Yes. Unbreakable Foundations is for women rebuilding after any form of abuse, including emotional, physical, psychological, spiritual, sexual, coercive control, and forced marriage. You do not need to fit a particular story or label to belong in this space.

If you are unsure whether your experience qualifies, the answer is almost certainly yes. Please reach out if you would like to talk it through before booking.

Still have a question? You are welcome to get in touch by email at info@rajholness.co.uk and I will respond within 48 hours.
